Privacy Policy
Last updated: pending counsel sign-off
1. What we collect
We collect identity and contact data you provide (name, address, date of birth, last four of your Social Security number), credit report data you upload or fetch, dispute history, and account-usage logs.
We never store your full Social Security number. Only the last four digits are retained, and only for bureau identity-match purposes. See disclosures for the full data-handling commitments.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to deliver the credit-repair service: drafting dispute letters, tracking bureau responses, computing score-goal progress, and maintaining account security.
3. AI processing
Dispute letters and coaching content are drafted with AI assistance through our internal gateway. Direct calls to third-party AI providers from your account are blocked at the infrastructure layer. Free-text inputs that may contain sensitive identifiers are redacted before they reach the model.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors required to deliver the service (payment processing, postal delivery, AI inference, hosting) and where legally compelled. We do not sell consumer data.
5. Retention
Retention windows differ by data category. Closure of your account triggers deletion of identifying data outside legal-hold requirements.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Specific state-law rights are detailed on the disclosures page.
7. Security
Sensitive fields are encrypted, and access is scoped to authenticated owners only. We will notify you of any security incident affecting your account in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children
The service is intended for adult U.S. consumers. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We will notify you of material changes to this policy through the service or by email.
